Organic Agriculture Research Gets Support through USDA Grants

(NAFB)--USDA’s National Institute of Food and Agriculture has awarded five grants to support research, education and Extension programs that will improve the competitiveness of organic livestock and crop producers. Secretary of Agriculture Tom Vilsack says the organic industry is a rapidly growing segment of American agriculture.
