ANDREW COUNTY —One person was injured in an accident just before 9a.m. Wednesday in Andrew County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2018 Toyota Camry driven by Colleen M. McGrane, 60, Clyde, was southbound on Route M at MO 48 six miles west of King City.
The driver failed to stop at a stop sign. The car traveled into the path of an eastbound 2006 Jeep Liberty driven by Trent C. Lorraine 61, Amazonia. The Jeep struck the Toyota in the passenger side.
After impact the Toyota struck a stop sign and came to rest in a field and the Jeep struck a utility pole.
Grand River EMS transported Lorraine to Mosaic Life Care. McGrane was not injured. Both drivers were properly restrained, according to the MSHP.
