Mo. man injured after van, pickup crash in the snow

LIVINGSTON COUNTY —One person was injured in an accident just after 3p.m. Monday in Livingston County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2019 GMC Savannah driven by a 28-year-old Pattonsburg man was northbound on Route Z eight miles south of Chillicothe.  The van slid sideways, slid off the west side of the road and struck the driver side of a southbound 2010 Chevy Colorado driven by a 61-year-old Dawn man.

A private vehicle transported the pickup driver to Hedrick Medical Center. The van driver was not injured. The pickup driver was not wearing a seat belt, according to the MSHP. The Patrol no longer releases names of accident victims.
