BROWN COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities are investigating a northeast Kansas woman on drug allegations.
Just after 8:30p.m. April 7, the Brown County Sheriff’s Office Drug Task Force conducted a search warrant at 143 W. 13th. Street in Horton, according to Sheriff John Merchant.
At the conclusion of the investigation, Susanne Smith 55 Horton was arrested on requested charges of Possession of Opiate(fentanyl), Possession of Meth, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. The Iowa Tribal Police assisted in the case.
