ATCHISON COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities are investigating a suspect on new allegations after a weekend arrest.
On Sunday, police arrested 41-year-old Michael T. Leach of Atchison, on requested charges of domestic battery and criminal threat in the 900 block North 11th Street, according to Atchison Police Chief Mike Wilson.
Leach has been in custody in Atchison almost two dozen times since 2000, according to online jail records.
