HOLT COUNTY —One person was injured in an accident just after 10:30p.m. Friday in Holt County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2006 Honda Civic driven by Esteban Sanchez Hernandez, 44, Kansas City, Kansas, was southbound on Interstate 29 seven miles northeast of Oregon.
The car traveled off the east side of the highway. The driver overcorrected and the car began to skid. The car traveled off the west side of the highway, struck an embankment and rolled.
Holt County EMS transported Hernandez to Mosaic Life Care. He was properly restrained, according to the MSHP.
