ATCHISON COUNTY —A man with a history of crime is back in jail.
On Thursday, police in Atchison arrested 57-year-old Edward D. Puckett of Wathena, according to Atchison Police Chief Mike Wilson.
He was jailed on a Kansas Department of Corrections detain order for parole violation. The Kansas Department of Corrections web site does not list the convictions for Puckett.
