Missouri Western defensive end C.J Ravenell is getting his NFL opportunity after signing a contract with the Baltimore Ravens.
Ravenell was invited to rookie minicamps with the Indianapolis Colts and the Ravens. Following camp with the Ravens on a tryout basis, Ravenell was signed on as one of four roster moves for Baltimore.
Last season at Missouri Western, Ravenell recorded 45 tackles, 11 for loss, and three sacks. He was named to the All-MIAA second team in his senior season
