ST. JOSEPH, Mo. — Pet owners in St. Joseph will now experience a more streamlined process when licensing their pets, thanks to a new online system launched by St. Joseph Animal Services.
The city has partnered with DocuPet, a digital pet licensing platform designed to help reunite lost pets with their families more quickly and efficiently. The new system allows residents to register their pets online by visiting stjosephmo.docupet.com.
To complete registration, pet owners will need to upload vaccination records and spay/neuter documentation. Before creating a new profile, Animal Services asks residents to search the database to see if a profile for their pet already exists, which can help avoid delays and duplicate entries.
