CLINTON COUNTY —Three people were injured in an accident just after 9a.m. Friday in Clinton County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2011 Ford Edge driven by a 27-year-old Gillman City woman was northbound on Interstate 35 five miles south of Cameron in slowing traffic.
The Ford rear-ended a 2008 Chevy Impala driven by a 43-year-old Marceline woman. The impact pushed the Chevy into a 2009 Toyota Corolla driven by a 54-year-old Hamilton man.
Cameron EMS transported the Chevy driver and her two adult passengers to Liberty Hospital. The other drivers were not injured. The occupants of the Chevy were not wearing seat belts, according to the MSHP. The Patrol no longer releases names of accident victims.
