DAVIESS COUNTY —Two people were injured in an accident just after 6:30p.m. Sunday in Daviess County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2004 Ford Explorer driven by a 21-year-old King City woman was northbound on U.S. 69 five miles south of Pattonsburg. The SUV traveled off the east side of the road and the driver overcorrected. The vehicle crossed the highway, traveled off the west side of the road and overturned.
Cameron EMS transported the driver to Mosaic Life Care in St. Joseph. A 28-year-old male passenger from Winston was transported by Life Flight Eagle to KU Medical Center. He was not wearing a seat belt, according to the MSHP. The Patrol no longer releases names of accident victims.
