Former longtime KFEQ salesman, Ken Gabler, dies at age 94

Former longtime KFEQ salesman, Ken Gabler, has died.

Gabler was born in St. Louis November 24th of 1930.

Gabler served as a salesman for KFEQ Radio for years, often voicing commercials.

After retiring from the station, Gabler took up several hobbies and spent time with his family. Gabler and his wife, the former Helen Isaacs, were married for 68 years and had three children.

Gabler was a member of the Barbershop Quartet and Chorus and performed for the U.S. troops on a U.S.O. Tour.

Farewell services and public livestream will be held 1 p.m. Tuesday, October 28th, at the Ashland United Methodist Church; interment at Memorial Park Cemetery.

The family suggests memorial contributions to Ashland United Methodist Church.

Ken Gabler was 94.
