CLINTON COUNTY —One person was injured in an accident just after 9p.m. Wednesday in Clinton County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2003 Ford Expedition driven by a 17-year-old Plattsburg boy was westbound on MO 116 one mile east of Plattsburg. The SUV entered a curve, traveled off the north side of the road, struck a utility box, a road sign, a tree and overturned.
Tri-County ambulance transported the teen to Liberty Hospital. He was properly restrained at the time of the accident, according to the MSHP. The Patrol no longer releases names of accident victims.
