Missouri Gov. Mike Kehoe has appointed Andrea Fischer of St. Joseph to the Missouri Veterinary Medical Board.
Fischer is a senior therapeutic specialist for Gilead Sciences. Fischer previously worked as an executive oncology account specialist for AstraZeneca.
Fischer is a member of several organizations, including the Missouri Cattlemen’s Association and the American Simmental Association. Fischer earned her bachelor’s degree in animal science from the University of Missouri–Columbia.
