St. Joseph Transit announced Thursday the temporary relocation of the Woodbine Transfer Center to 1501 Village Drive, effective Monday, Dec. 8, due to deteriorating pavement conditions at the current facility.
The temporary move will require minor route adjustments, though all scheduled times will remain unchanged. Riders should anticipate normal service levels during the transition and may use an existing bus shelter at the Village Drive location.
St. Joseph Transit plans to begin necessary upgrades during the upcoming construction season. The agency stated these improvements are required to ensure the safe return of buses to the current Woodbine Transfer Center location once the work is completed.
