Sheriff: Suspects identified in school district vandalism

BROWN COUNTY —Law enforcement  investigating alleged vandalism in Brown County have identified two suspects.

Just after 2:30 p.m. December 27, two individuals were caught on surveillance camera vandalizing a vehicle belonging to USD #430 in Everest, according to Brown County Sheriff John Merchant.

The windshield was broken due to rock or objects being intentionally thrown at the vehicle as well as verbage scratched into the paint. 

Neither of the juvenile suspects are residents of Brown County. The public had a huge impact on solving the case, according to Merchant.
