City of St. Joseph offices will be closed In observance of Presidents’ Day on Monday, Feb. 16.
Exceptions include the REC Center remaining open and the landfill will have abbreviated hours from 7:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
City offices will reopen for normal operating hours the following day.
