Several events and celebrations are planned this year to commemorate America’s 250 birthday, including a UFC match at the White House and an IndyCar race in Washington, D.C. A fleet of “Freedom Trucks” is touring the U.S., featuring mobile museums that highlight the nation’s history and founding principles. The trucks, created by PragerU and Hillsdale College, were made possible by the Institute of Museum and Library Services. Inspired by the historic Freedom Train, the trucks include digital interactives, a “Wall of American Heroes,” and a virtual signing of the Declaration of Independence. The Freedom Trucks have upcoming visits planned at various locations across the country.
