A coalition of government and transportation leaders is close to finalizing a plan to address the increasing number of fatal crashes in St. Joseph and surrounding areas. The St. Joseph Metropolitan Planning Organization has released a 223-page safety action plan after months of data collection and analysis. The plan aims to identify priority areas for future improvements in traffic safety across the region.
