A Fairfax, Missouri man, James Ball, has reached a plea agreement with the Atchison County Sheriff’s Office after being charged with 20 counts of child sex crimes. Ball pleaded guilty to Child Molestation in the 2nd Degree and Sexual Abuse. He was sentenced to serve eight years for the first count and seven years for the second count, to be served consecutively.
