A fatal crash in Buchanan County resulted in the death of a 63-year-old man and serious injuries to another individual. The incident occurred when a Toyota Tundra crossed the center of MO 116 and collided with a John Deere tractor. The Tundra driver was transported to a hospital for treatment, while the tractor driver escaped unharmed. The crash remains under investigation by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
