Sara Hortenstine, Youth Services Division Chief, highlights the collective effort needed to support families, identify signs of abuse, and report concerns to protect children. Residents can seek additional information on child abuse and neglect through the Kansas Department for Children and Families or report suspected cases to the Protection Report Center at (800) 922-5330.
