ANDREW COUNTY —Two people were injured in an accident just after 5:30p.m. Thursday in Andrew County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2004 Chevy Impala driven by a 24-year-old Savannah man was westbound on Route B at U.S. 71 two miles west of Bolckow. The car traveled into the path of a southbound 2012 Kia Soul driven by a 19-year-old Kansas City, Missouri woman.
After impact the Chevy traveled off the west side of the road and struck a stop sign and then traveled over an embankment.
Andrew County EMS transported both driver to Mosaic Life Care. Both were properly resstrained, according to the MSHP. The Patrol no longer releases names of accident victims.
