ATCHISON COUNTY —Law enforcement are investigating a suspect on multiple allegations after an arrest.
On October 29, police arrested 47-year-old Jason E. Blakley of Atchison, on city of Horton and Atchison Municipal Court warrants for failure to appear in court, according to Police Chief Mike Wilson.
Blakley was also issued a notice to appear in court in the 100 block South 15th Street for driving in violation of restrictions, illegal tag, inattentive driving, limitations on backing, failure to yield to emergency vehicle, failure to provide proof of insurance and for not wearing seat belt. He met the requirement of bond and is no longer in custody, according to online jail records.
