CLINTON COUNTY —Two peopole were injured in an accident just after 8:30a.m. Tuesday in Clinton County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2023 GMC Sierra driven by a 33-year-old DeKalb, Illinois man was northbound on Interstate 35 four miles south of Cameron. The driver changed lanes to avoid workers on the shoulder. The rear of the pickup struck the front of a northbound 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan driven by a 59-year-old Cameron woman.
Cameron ambulance transported the van driver and a 20-year-old passenger to Cameron Regional Medical Center. The pickup driver was not injured. All three were properly restrained, according to the MSHP.
