Missouri’s 12-thousand-plus Restaurants Adjust Business Model Amid Higher Food Costs (LISTEN)

The Missouri Restaurant Association says the state’s 12-thousand plus restaurants are hoping for a strong holiday season. Spokesman Buddy Lahl says many are making savvy menu adjustments due to higher food costs.   He says specialized diets and even weight loss medications may be factors in a restaurant’s business model.
