Mo. man accused of DWI after injured in rollover crash

CALDWELL COUNTY —One person was injured in an accident just after 9:30p.m. Friday in Caldwell County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2002 Chevy 2500 driven by a 27-year-old Dalton M. Stith of Hamilton was southbound on MO 13 three miles south of Hamilton. The pickup traveled off the west side of the road and rolled onto its top.  

Stith was arrested on requested charges of driving while intoxicated, driving without a valid license and careless and imprudent driving involving a crash. He was also not wearing a seat belt, according to the MSHP.

Caldwell County EMS transported Stith to Cameron Regional Medial Center and then on to Truman Medical Center.
