ATCHISON COUNTY —Law enforcement are investigating a suspect for alleged violence.
On Sunday police arrested 26-year-old Nico R. Munson, 26, Atchison, in the 1300 block North 17th Street in Atchison, according to Police Chief Mike Wilson.
Just before 3p.m. Munson was booked into jail on requested charges of Domestic batteryKnowing cause phys contact w/ family/dating relationship3+ in 5 years, according to online jail records. Less than three hours laater, Munson met the requirement of a $2,500 bond and is no longer in custody.
