HOLT COUNTY—One person was injured in an accident just after 10p.m. Friday in Holt County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2007 Chevy Silverado driven by a 46-year-old Prestonburg, Kentucky woman was northbound on Interstate 29 ten miles south of Oregon. The driver lost control of the vehicle on the snow covered road. The pickup spun around and came to rest on its driver’s side on the east side of the road.
Atchison-Hot ambulance transported the driver to Mosaic Life Care in St. Joseph. She was not wearing a seat belt, according to the MSHP. The Patrol no longer releases names of accident victims.
