Mindy Matter, an NCMC English and Communications Instructor, serves as the PTK advisor for the Savannah Campus. During the event, Matter expressed pride in the students’ achievements, noting that the ceremony represents more than just a single event. “It’s an honor to recognize these three students for their hard work and dedication at our inaugural ceremony at Savannah Campus,” Matter said. “This is just the beginning of what we hope will be a long tradition of celebrating student success.”
Phi Theta Kappa is recognized as the world’s largest and most prestigious honor society specifically for students attending two-year colleges. To qualify for membership, students must be enrolled in an accredited institution offering associate degrees and have completed at least 12 credit hours.
