Southbound Interstate 29 in St. Joseph is scheduled to be narrowed to one lane Friday, March 13 from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. Clarkson Construction Company, working with the Missouri Department of Transportation, will be moving equipment during that time. The traffic impact was moved from March 11 to March 13 due to contractor scheduling.
