Governor Mike Kehoe has signed a $3 billion supplemental budget bill, HB 2014, to ensure the current operations of state government continue through FY 2026. The bill includes $516 million in general revenue, $1.9 billion in federal funds, and $670 million in other funds. Notable allocations include funds for specialized care for children with intensive needs, employment services for individuals with disabilities, St. Louis Tornado Disaster Relief, SEMA disaster spending authority, World Cup Federal Grants, and compliance with the One Big Beautiful Bill Act. Additionally, the bill provides funding for Medicaid, pharmaceutical payments, early childhood special education, and a rural health transformation program.
