James Wheeler, a dedicated public servant in St. Joseph, received a Key to the City for his 42 years of service. The St. Joseph City Council approved issuing Taxable Industrial Development Revenue Bonds to support Clarios LLC’s $400 million expansion project in the city. Brad Lau from the St. Joseph Chamber of Commerce highlighted the city’s active role in major corporate projects.
